Drs. Hebberger and Simpson

We (Drs. Hebberger and Simpson) graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1978, married in 1979, and also opened our first practice in 1979. In 2003, after 24 years in the same location, we relocated our office less than 2 miles from the original office. Our new location is spacious and equipped with new equipment and the latest technology allowing us to better meet the needs of our patients. Come see our new digital X-ray system which allows us to better diagnose and treat our patients! There are windows throughout our office that provide a relaxing view, with a bird feeder at every window! Not only does this provide a relaxing atmosphere, but our patients and dental team are able to enjoy watching the birds and learn the various types of birds that visit our office.

While practicing dentistry for many years, we have also had the opportunity to attend hundreds of continuing education courses covering all aspects of general dentistry, including advanced cosmetic dentistry, oral pathology, implant restoration, and endodontic (root canal) treatment. Dentistry is an exciting and ever changing profession and our dental team is very dedicated in their pursuit of the latest advancements in the dental field.

We also enjoy spending time with our son, Will and his wife Stefanie, and being with our families and friends. In our profession, we feel very blessed to have the opportunity to help people become healthier and see the enormous effect that a beautiful smile makes in their lives!

Lisa – Front Office Management

Lisa brings to our dental team a unique mixture of assets. She is a graduate of South Cobb High School and grew up in the Mableton/Austell area. She has been a patient in our practice since 1983 and employed with our team since 2004. Her intelligent approach to her job and her concern for others makes for a great combination and ensures that our patients benefit by her professional care.

Lisa and her children Kamryn and Kason live in Paulding County. Most of Lisa's time away from the office involves cheerleading or sporting events with her children and volunteering at their school. Lisa also enjoys reading, spending time with the family pets and vacationing when time allows.

Joann – Hygienist

A Cobb County native, Joann graduated from Campbell High School and received her dental hygiene degree from DeKalb Community College. She joined our team in 1986. She attends continuing education courses that maintain her skills and keep her knowledge on the cutting edge of our profession.

Joann lives in Marietta with her husband Gary. They have two children - Adam and Allison, who are both attending college. She enjoys scrapbooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Shelley – Hygienist

Shelley is a graduate of McEachern High School and completed her dental hygiene degree at West Central College. Shelley joined our team in 2004 and brings to our practice an exceptional degree of proficiency in her dental hygiene skills, as well as a personality that endears patients to her.

Shelley and her husband Jason live in Powder Springs. They have three children - Kacey, Jamie and Will. She spends her time away from the office volunteering in her church and community.

Erin – Dental Assistant

Erin grew up in the Powder Springs area and is a graduate of  McEachern High School. Erin received her degree from the Medix School for advanced training in dental assisting. She has been employed at our office since 1999 and she brings with her an excellent commitment to take great care of our patients and to keep the office organized.

Erin lives in Dallas with her husband Nathan and their children, Graham and Avery. She enjoys reading, camping, fishing and spending time with her family and friends.

Kathy – Dental Assistant

A graduate of Pebblebrook High School, Kathy came to our practice as a patient and as an employee. She has received training in dental assisting and office management that prepared her to be an integral part of our dental team. Her ability to always keep the patient's comfort and well being in the forefront is a valuable asset to our dental practice.

Kathy lives in Powder Springs with her husband
Brad and their children Zach and Seth. Kathy loves
to read and to work in the garden and her
involvement with her children's activities keeps
her free time to a minimum.
